Founded by sisters Kellie and Kari, who bring a combined 35+ years of medical experience, K2 was created with a vision: to elevate both aesthetics and wellness in Southern Utah. Alongside a highly trained and compassionate team, they provide customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, whether that’s optimizing hormones, improving skin health, or achieving sustainable weight loss.

Kellie Oliver
MSN, FNP-C, Co-Founder & Medical Director
Kellie Oliver’s journey in the medical field began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she gained invaluable hands-on experience while pursuing her nursing degree. It was during her time in labor and delivery that Kellie developed a deep passion for women’s health. The thrill-seeker within her led her to the fast-paced environment of the emergency department, where she thrived
As a leader, Kellie was able to be a part of the development of an exceptional high-risk OB life flight team, further solidifying her commitment to providing top-tier patient care. However, it was her introduction to aesthetic medicine that reignited her fervor for learning. While working as an aesthetic nurse injector, Kellie pursued her Nurse Practitioner degree, driven by a desire to expand her scope of practice.
During this period, Kellie discovered the transformative potential of regenerative anti-aging holistic care. Embracing a philosophy of treating patients from the inside out, she found immense satisfaction in not only enhancing their beauty but also improving their overall quality of life and longevity
With a lifelong dream of owning her own spa, Kellie seized the opportunity to join forces with her younger sister to create a sanctuary where patients could receive holistic, rejuvenating treatments. Passionate about continuous learning, Kellie is dedicated to honing her skills and staying up to date of the latest advancements. Currently enrolled in the A4M anti-aging regenerative fellowship, she aspires to mentor and train aspiring professionals entering the field of aesthetic medicine.
Driven by a profound commitment to her patients’ well-being and inspired by her own journey of growth and discovery, Kellie Oliver is a visionary healthcare practitioner dedicated to empowering others to embrace their natural beauty and vitality.
Kari Pulsipher
RN, Co-Founder
With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and more than two decades in the beauty industry, Kari Pulsipher seamlessly blends medical expertise with aesthetic artistry. She began her career specializing in labor and delivery, as well as the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), providing compassionate care to mothers and newborns during life’s most delicate moments.
Her passion for health and beauty led her to expand her career beyond traditional nursing. As a licensed cosmetologist, Kari founded an IV and Peptide clinic in Florida, where she discovered her love for helping clients achieve true wellness from the inside out.
Dedicated to a holistic approach, Kari integrates advanced aesthetics with wellness therapies to help individuals look and feel their best. By combining medical-grade treatments with personalized care, she empowers her clients to enhance their confidence, vitality, and overall well-being.

Jayden Oliver
Manager & Medical Assistant
Jayden Oliver is a dedicated medical assistant with over five years of experience in the field. As the office manager at K2 Aesthetics & Wellness, she plays a vital role in ensuring the spa runs smoothly while providing top-tier client care. She is passionate about aesthetics and is always eager to expand her knowledge as she pursues her nursing degree.
Born and raised in St. George, Utah, Jayden is proud to be part of the K2 Aesthetics & Wellness family working alongside her mother, Kellie, and her aunt, Kari, the spa’s owners. She prioritizes creating a welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and confident in their skincare journey.
Outside of work, Jayden loves spending time outdoors, soaking up the sunshine while never forgetting her sunscreen. She is also thrilled to be expecting her first baby in May 2025 and looks forward to growing both her family and career in the years to come.
Abbie Evans
Client Service Coordinator / Assistant
With over 2.5 years of experience in the Medspa industry, Abbie excels at providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every client. She’s passionate about seeing clients leave happier than when they arrived, and her dedication to their experience sets her apart.
Currently pursuing classes at Utah Tech to join the nursing program, Abbie is committed to expanding her skills to offer even more care in the future. A Southern Utah resident for over five years, she loves spending time outdoors with her fiancé, anything that involves the mountains/sunshine, and trying new recipes.
Abbie’s personal touch, attentive service, and passion for wellness make her an invaluable part of the K2 Aesthetics & Wellness team.
Madee McNary
Master Esthetician
Madelyn McNary is a Master Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, beauty, and overall wellness. She received her Master Esthetics License from The Skin Institute in St. George, Utah, and has been practicing since 2022.
Madelyn believes that healthy skin starts from within and has a deep appreciation for both the science and artistry of skincare. From relaxing facials to transformative treatments, she loves sharing her expertise to help clients feel confident in their own skin. She is also passionate about Nano Brows, combining precision and artistry to create natural, beautifully enhanced brows.
For Madelyn, being able to offer advanced skin treatments and medical-grade skincare products is a dream come true. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, rejuvenating experience for every client.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Madelyn enjoys vacationing, snowboarding, being on the lake and enjoying a good book. She also loves working alongside an incredible team that shares her passion for aesthetics. She looks forward to helping you relax, refresh, and reveal your best skin!
Sarah Andersen
Master Esthetician
Sarah Andersen is a passionate and highly skilled licensed master aesthetician specializing in anti-aging treatments and acne-prone skin. With two years of experience as a Licensed Master Aesthetician and over five years in the Aesthetic industry, including leadership and administrative roles, she brings both expertise and a deep commitment to client care.
Known for her warm and friendly approach, Sarah is dedicated to providing results-driven treatments while creating a relaxing, welcoming environment for her clients. She continuously pursues advanced education to stay at the forefront of the latest technologies and trends. Her extensive training includes BBL HEROic, Moxi, SkinPen, HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and more. She believes in prevention over correction, crafting customized skincare plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Sarah takes a holistic approach to skincare, blending advanced treatments with moments of relaxation. She believes that “you can’t pour from an empty cup” and strives to give her clients not only the results they seek but also a chance to unwind and practice self-care.
Outside of work, Sarah has been happily married for five years to her husband, who also works in the aesthetic industry. They love learning and growing together professionally. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures like camping, fishing, and hiking, as well as staying active, hosting family game nights, and indulging in a good reality TV show. She’s grateful to call Southern Utah home and looks forward to raising her family in this beautiful place. Sarah’s goal is to help every client feel beautiful and confident in their skin, delivering expert care with a compassionate, personalized touch.
Heidi Davenport
BSN, RN, Injector
Heidi is the kind of nurse you want in your corner skilled, compassionate, and full of good energy. With 7 years of nursing experience and a strong background in labor and delivery, she brings precision, care, and a calm confidence to everything she does. Now, she’s found her passion in aesthetic nursing, where she helps clients feel confident, radiant, and totally themselves.
Originally from Idaho, Heidi moved to St. George nearly five years ago to trade snow for sunshine and she hasn’t looked back since. She’s a proud mom of three, married to her best friend, and always up for an outdoor adventure. Whether it’s hiking the red rocks or chasing desert sunsets, she thrives in the beauty of Southern Utah.
Heidi blends clinical expertise with an artistic eye and a whole lot of heart. Whether she’s customizing a treatment or hyping you up after your glow-up, she’s here to make sure you feel like your most confident self.
Taya Oliver
Client Service Coordinator
Taya brings warmth, professionalism, and a naturally welcoming energy to every client she interacts with. She loves creating a positive first impression and strives to make each visit feel comfortable, personalized, and uplifting. Her genuine care for people shines through in everything she does.
Driven by her passion for the beauty and wellness industry, Taya is actively working toward becoming a Master Esthetician. She’s excited to grow her skills and eventually provide hands-on treatments that help clients feel confident in their skin.
Born and raised in Southern Utah, Taya has always felt connected to the outdoors and the close-knit community around her. When she’s not at the medspa or studying, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also has a strong love for barrel racing, a hobby that reflects her determination, discipline, and love for a good challenge.

Stevi Young
Master Esthetician
Stevi Young is a licensed Master Esthetician with a passion for results-driven skincare, confidence-building treatments, and enhancing natural beauty. Since earning her license, she has been dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while feeling empowered and confident in their own glow.
Stevi is inspired by the blend of skill and creativity that defines modern aesthetics. She specializes in customized skin treatments designed to support long-term skin health while delivering visible results. In addition to advanced skincare, Stevi is certified in permanent makeup with a special focus on lip blushing. She loves helping clients who feel insecure about pale or uneven lip tone achieve soft, natural-looking color that enhances their features and boosts confidence.
For Stevi, aesthetics is about more than treatments. It is about creating an experience where clients feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. She takes pride in staying educated on advanced techniques to provide safe, effective, and personalized services.

Cassidy Chournos
Master Esthetician / Medical Assistant
Cassidy is passionate about helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and truly comfortable in their own skin. With a deep love for skincare and wellness, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, uplifting experience for every person who walks through the door. She strives to make her clients feel relaxed, cared for, and completely at ease.
After completing her esthetics education in Provo, Cassidy is excited to bring her knowledge, technique, and passion for skin health into the treatment room. She has a strong appreciation for both the science and self care side of aesthetics and loves helping clients understand their skin while achieving beautiful, natural results.
Originally from Illinois, Cassidy made the move to Utah in 2023 and quickly fell in love with the sunshine, nature, and community. She feels grateful to now call Utah home and to serve the clients here. Outside of the spa, she enjoys staying active, self care, and embracing the outdoors.
