Appointment Policies
At K2 Aesthetics & Wellness, we are committed to providing every patient with an exceptional experience, personalized care, and unrushed appointments. Each visit is reserved specifically for you, allowing our providers the time needed to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policies, which help us respect both our patients' time and our providers' schedules.
Arrival Policy
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other scheduled patients. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the applicable late cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To best serve all of our patients, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the following fees:
Provider Appointments
- 30 minutes or less: $50
- More than 30 minutes: $100
Aesthetician Appointments
- Consultations: $25
- Skin treatments (facials, Hydrafacial®, chemical peels, microneedling, laser services, etc.): $50
These fees are not intended as a penalty but help offset reserved appointment time that is often difficult to refill on short notice.
Repeat Late Cancellations
Patients who accumulate three (3) late cancellations or no-show appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments at the time of scheduling.
Prepaid appointment fees remain fully transferable if the appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Prepayments are non-refundable for appointments canceled or missed in violation of this policy.
Credit Card on File
To reserve your appointment, K2 Aesthetics & Wellness securely maintains a credit card on file.
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize K2 Aesthetics & Wellness to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy should you fail to provide the required 48-hour notice.
Why We Have This Policy
Our providers intentionally schedule enough time to thoroughly assess your concerns, educate you on your treatment options, and deliver personalized care without feeling rushed.
Many of our appointments are booked weeks in advance, and we maintain an active waiting list. Last-minute cancellations often prevent another patient from receiving care during that reserved time.
Your understanding allows us to continue providing the level of service, attention, and clinical excellence that every K2 patient deserves.
Refund Policy
Due to the individualized nature of aesthetic medicine, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.
Treatment outcomes vary based on anatomy, physiology, healing response, and adherence to post-treatment instructions. While our providers strive to achieve the best possible outcome for every patient, specific aesthetic results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be recommended to achieve your desired outcome.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same product if found to be defective. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to safety and manufacturer guidelines.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and promotional certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Children Policy
We love caring for families, but to ensure a safe, relaxing, and uninterrupted experience for every patient, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving treatment themselves.
If childcare is unavailable, we are happy to help you reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.
Pet Policy
While we love our furry friends, only trained service animals are permitted inside our medical facility.
For the comfort and safety of all patients, please leave pets at home during your visit.
Our Treatment Philosophy

Our recommendations are never based solely on the treatment you request—they are based on your anatomy, your health, your goals, and the best available clinical evidence.
Sometimes the best recommendation is less treatment, a different treatment, or no treatment at all. We believe that honesty and patient safety should always come before selling a procedure.

Neuromodulator Philosophy
At K2 Aesthetics & Wellness, we believe neuromodulator treatments should be customized—not cookie-cutter.
Rather than treating every patient the same or pricing by arbitrary "areas," we assess your facial anatomy, muscle strength, movement patterns, treatment history, and aesthetic goals to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Whether we recommend Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, or Daxxify®, product selection is based on your unique anatomy, prior response to treatment, desired outcome, and clinical considerations.
